Staying safe means being free from danger. The danger being contracting the virus.
- Wash you hands and wrists with soap and water as often as you can
- Don’t touch anything that you don’t have to
- Stop touching your face
- Carry and use alcohol-based sanitiser liquid or wipes
- Keep a one meter distance from persons
- Cover up when coughing or sneezing
- Sanitise groceries and goods purchased for home use
- Wear a 3-layer material mask
Staying healthy is different to staying safe and requires personal attention to strengthening your physical immune system.
- Eat wholesome foods
- Supplement with Vitamins if possible
- Exercise daily
- Stay mentally active
- Get enough sleep
- Stay hydrated, drink water
- Manage stress levels
- Keep your body clean by washing daily
