Baltie has been with Scott Safe since 2011.
He has a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (Cum Laude) from the Production Institute of South Africa and has over 40 years management experience and exposure to Health and Safety.
Baltie started he career in the private sector working in various fields of management, including Facilities Management, for which he was responsible for the Health and Safety of a large company.
His strengths lie in People Management, Administration, Communication, Presentation Skills and Property Auditing.
