Shawn Small began his career with Metro Emergency Services in 1989, where he dedicated 20 years of service before transitioning to the oil and gas industry in 2008. In his new role as a Life Support Technician, he focused on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and diver safety, utilizing his extensive experience to enhance safety protocols and ensure the well-being of personnel in high-risk environments.
